Empowering Property Owners

Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

BlockWorth ("we", "us") provides free property analysis reports to Australian property owners. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, email address, mobile number and property address when you request a BlockWorth Report, book a call, or contact us.
  • What we add: publicly available property and planning information about the address you submit (lot size, zoning, planning overlays, sales history), sourced from government registers and licensed property data providers.
  • What we observe: standard website analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location). We do not use this to identify you.

If you start a report request but do not finish it, we may retain the property address you entered and the fact that you expressed interest.

How we use it

  • To prepare and deliver your BlockWorth Report.
  • To send you the report by email and confirm receipt of your request by SMS.
  • With your consent, to send you occasional local market updates and information relevant to your property. Every message includes a working unsubscribe option.
  • To contact you if you book a call with us.
  • To maintain our internal records of properties we have analysed.

We are property investors and developers. If your property suits what we are looking for and you choose to engage with us, we may use your information to discuss a potential purchase of your property. We will always be direct about this.

What we never do

  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never share your details with real estate agents, marketers or list brokers.
  • We never send marketing without a working opt-out.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run our systems: our CRM and communications platform, automation tooling, and property data providers. Some providers (including our CRM platform) store data in the United States; we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with Australian privacy law.
  • No one else, unless required by law.

Storage and security

Your information is stored in access-controlled systems. We retain it while it remains relevant to our dealings with you; you may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through the BlockWorth website at blockworth.com.au. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first; you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
